Arthritis effects 29 percent of the population with increased incidence with older age. Arthritis can limit being able to work, play with kids or grandkids, playing sports and everything in between. Having arthritis does not have to be an end to physical activity. Learn how we develop arthritis, what we can do to prevent it from happening and what to do to alleviate arthritis pain. We will even show you some easy tests and exercises you can do at home to get your active life back and keep it going until your 100 or more!
