Rutherfurd Hall offers a refined, inspiring environment for meetings, educational seminars, and community gatherings. Built in 1904 by famed New York architect Whitney Warren (designer of New York City’s Grand Central Terminal), Rutherfurd Hall is a sweeping 18,000 square foot Tudor style mansion set upon ten lush acres. Both a National and New Jersey State Historic Landmark, Rutherfurd Hall offers rooms and scenic grounds for collaboration and professional development.
Professional Development Seminars
Rutherfurd Hall supports lifelong learning by hosting professional development seminars that feature expert speakers and training sessions designed to enrich educators across the district and throughout New Jersey.

Meetings Rentals
The first floor of Rutherfurd Hall features three architecturally distinguished rooms, each suitable for training sessions, board meetings, and day retreats.
Meeting Rental Booking
To secure your preferred date, a signed contract and deposit are required within 10 days of receiving your contract. Walkthroughs are available by appointment but are not required to complete your booking. Please note that additional walkthroughs and cancellations may incur an extra fee.
To avoid delays, please finalize event details before signing the contract, such as:
- Rental hours (changes affect the total due)
- Other special requests that may impact the agreement
Prompt completion ensures your reservation is secured without interruption.
Additional rental items or walkthroughs are billed separately.
Photoshoots
Capture timeless moments at Rutherfurd Hall. Our historic mansion and beautiful grounds provide a stunning setting for private and commercial photography. Reservations are required, and fees vary based on indoor and outdoor usage as well as time on site.
